What is the SCA?

The SCA is an international group dedicate to the recreation, study, and education of and about the Middle Ages.  We define the Middle Ages as roughly being from the fall of the Roman Empire to the 1600's.

To get a great general overview of the SCA and it's history as an organization please read Life in the Current Middle Ages from the SCA website.

The Incipient Shire of Courtlandtslot is a group within the SCA that is trying to get up and running.  If you live in Cortland County, please come to one of our weekly meetings ( schedule ).
